Govoriti is a BCMS learning app with structured lessons, written practice, speaking checkpoints, saved progress, vocabulary review, and AI feedback. You need an account for the authenticated learning experience.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.

The free plan includes trial content as it is published. Paid monthly and lifetime plans unlock the planned paid course areas while the plan is active or, for lifetime access, while the product continues to operate.

Unwritten or coming-soon content is not part of the currently available course until it is released in the product.

Subscription checkout, payment method updates, invoices, and billing portal actions are handled by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation normally ends future billing and keeps access through the current paid period unless Stripe or Govoriti shows a different access state.

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for the product account that bought it. Refund requests can be sent to us, and any refund decision may depend on payment status, product usage, applicable law, and Stripe processing limits. If a payment is refunded or reversed, Govoriti may remove the related paid access.

AI correction, speech review, generated scenarios, scores, and explanations are learning tools. They may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.

You should not rely on Govoriti for official testing, certification, translation, legal, medical, immigration, employment, or other high-stakes decisions.

Do not use Govoriti to upload or submit unlawful, abusive, harassing, exploitative, or infringing content. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape paid content, overload the service, reverse engineer private systems, or interfere with other users.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, if payment access is invalid, or if continued use creates risk for Govoriti, users, infrastructure, or service providers.

Govoriti may change lessons, features, prices, plans, availability, and supported providers over time. We try to keep the product useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every feature will remain unchanged.

We may update these terms when the product, billing model, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
