Privacy Policy

When you create an account, Govoriti collects the email address and profile details needed to sign you in, save your lesson progress, and manage your account. If you add a name during signup, we use it to personalize your account experience.

As you use the course, we store learning activity such as completed lessons, saved lesson position, speaking checkpoint progress, correction history, vocabulary review items, and mistakes you choose to practice again.

Govoriti uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and related account infrastructure. Supabase stores account records, session data, course progress, lesson state, saved vocabulary, correction results, and app configuration needed to run the product.

Course audio and other product files may be served from Supabase storage or similar infrastructure. We do not ask you to upload personal files except where a feature needs them, such as a speaking checkpoint recording.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Govoriti receives payment status, customer identifiers, subscription status, checkout session identifiers, and related billing metadata so we can unlock or revoke paid access correctly.

Govoriti does not store full card numbers. Card handling, payment authentication, invoices, and billing portal flows are managed by Stripe.

Govoriti uses AI services to review written BCMS responses, generate practice scenarios, and provide feedback. The text you submit, the lesson context, and related correction prompts may be sent to those services so the feature can work.

AI feedback is meant for language learning. It may be incomplete or incorrect, so you should treat it as tutoring guidance rather than a guaranteed evaluation.

Speaking checkpoints require microphone access in your browser. Your browser asks for permission before recording. Audio recordings are sent to speech-processing and AI feedback services to produce transcriptions, scores, and speaking feedback.

We store checkpoint attempts, transcriptions, scores, feedback, and completion status so you can review progress and continue the course.

We use managed infrastructure, access controls, and row-level database permissions to protect account and course data. No internet service can promise perfect security, but we design the app to limit access to the data needed for each feature.

We keep account, billing, and progress records while your account is active or while they are needed for product operation, support, fraud prevention, legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

You can stop using Govoriti at any time. You can also contact us to ask for help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting account data, subject to legal and operational limits.

If you cancel a paid subscription, Stripe and Govoriti keep the billing records needed to process the cancellation and maintain accurate access history.
